While assembling, I encountered an issue with one of the rings not fitting properly due to damaged pegs. I reached out to customer support, and to my delight, they offered a quick solution. Instead of sending a replacement, they suggested a simple fix. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and environmental considerations was refreshing.
